Palmares AutoPost is designed with expandability in mind. While it can function perfectly well
on its own, its features can be vastly extended by combining it with other Palmares products.
Here are some examples of how AutoPost's features can be extended.
Posted Invoice Processing
In this example, Palmares AutoPost is connected seamlessly to a
Palmares ADCS solution, configured
to extract key data from incoming invoices and output it to a corporate accounts payable finance
system.
The AutoPost server is configured to pass any invoices it finds in the post (i.e. post addressed
to the accounts department and having the structure of an invoice) to the Palmares ADCS for
processing. Any other post is delivered by email to the recipient.
As Palmares ADCS is completely configurable and expandable to suit any data extraction project, the possiblities of
combining these two unique products are countless!
Unified Messaging with Postal Correspondence
In this example, Palmares AutoPost is used in conjunction with a Unified Messaging Server such as the
serVonic IXI-Server.
This solution brings all the benefits of unified messaging to paper-based post, in that users can choose
to receive their post using any communications medium, be it email, voice, fax, SMS or WAP. This same
convienience applies to replying to the message: a letter you received on your voicemail could easily be
replied to by fax or email - The integration is seamless!
