Whether receiving or sending faxes, the IXI-Server enables you to
make your fax messaging more efficient.
Up to now, faxes have been as discreet as postcards, and often just as
slow. The internal distribution of faxes took a lot of time, and on the
way from the fax machine to you anyone could read the messages. With the
serVonic IXI-Server, you get your faxes directly and discreetly. And they
can be just as directly and discreetly forwarded to colleagues, and no
one has to go back and forth to the fax machine.

in one unified messaging user-interface you can handle voice messages

As well as receiving voicemail messages, the voice component also allows the
user to play messages received in any medium (email, fax, etc.) on a phone
of their choice.

serVonic IXI-Server offers you a fully integrated server solution
for sending and receiving short or pager messages. In this way, each user
can enter and send SMS or pager messages using the email user-interface
he is familiar with. Or the IXI-Server can send SMS or pager messages
automatically, for example, in emergencies. The serVonic IXI-Server thus
enables you to use the SMS or pager service in a variety of new ways.

IXI-Server OCR Module

As well as sending and receiving faxes, IXI-Server can "read"
your faxes, by means of the integrated OCR software. This opens completely
up new possibilities for the retrieval, sorting, indexing, and forwarding
of faxes. Unimportant faxes can be recognized and sorted out more quickly.

IXI-Server Text-To-Speech Module

IXI-Server TTS changes written speech into spoken, and so users can listen to
received faxes (previously recognized by OCR) or e-mails on any phone.
